Your privacy matters to us as much as the steel we forge. This Privacy Policy explains what information TENEBROUSA collects when you visit our store or place an order, why we collect it, and the choices you have over it.
When you browse our site, we automatically collect basic technical details such as your device, browser, and how you move through our pages. When you place an order, create an account, or contact us, we also collect the information you give us directly — name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, and payment details.
We use this information to process and ship your order, send order confirmations and updates, respond to your questions, prevent fraud, and understand how customers use our site so we can keep improving it. We never use your data to do anything you wouldn't reasonably expect from an online store.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We only share what's necessary with trusted partners who help us run the store — for example, payment processors who handle your card details securely, and courier partners who deliver your order — and only for that purpose.
We use cookies to keep items in your cart between visits, remember your preferences, and understand which parts of the site work well and which don't. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time, though parts of the site — like the cart — may stop working properly.
We keep your order information for as long as we need it to fulfil your order and meet our legal and accounting obligations, and no longer than that unless you ask us to keep it for another reason.
We take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely risk-free, but we work to keep your data safe at every step.
You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Get in touch through the Contact Us page and we'll take care of it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The version published here is always the current one.
