Once your payment is confirmed, we prepare and pack your order. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as it is placed, and another when it ships.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated for your address and shown at checkout before you pay. Estimates are a guide, not a guarantee — carrier delays are outside our control.
You can follow your order's progress any time from our Track Order page using your order details.
Because our products are bladed tools, we can only ship to destinations where their sale and import are permitted. If we cannot deliver to your location, we'll let you know and refund you in full.
